Flex Vacation Leave + Vacation Reimbursements

We encourage vacations, by paying for them.

We don’t need scientists to tell us that vacation is good for morale.

They did anyway.

 

The problem with most “Unlimited Paid Time Off” policies is that they don’t actually encourage vacation; often, they do the opposite, making employees feel like they can’t go on vacation because they don’t know how much time to request off.

So we poured ourselves a frosty glass of nitro cold brew coffee, right from the tap in the kitchen, and sat down to fix this problem. The solution? Instead of just making paid time off “available”, we would encourage it by reimbursing our staff for their vacation expenses.

 

Flex Vacation Leave.

Our employees work hard, especially during certain times of the year, and this commitment to our clients is appreciated. To show our gratitude, almost all employees are eligible for (nearly) unlimited paid vacation. Employees determine when it is appropriate for them to take time off, and how much time to take off, subject to management approval (which is never unreasonably withheld).

Vacation Reimbursement.

Every year, we set aside 1% of our annual revenue for the Vacation Reimbursement Program, to be split evenly among all employees in the form of vacation reimbursements. The more productive the company is, the more funds are available for reimbursements. All you need to do is take a trip and enjoy your time away from the office - but don’t forget to save your receipts!
