Beyond administrative excellence, Emily has a keen interest in PR, marketing, and brand development. She continually expands her knowledge of these fields to better understand how these elements contribute to a business’s growth and impact.
Outside of work, you can find her exploring new restaurants, staying active, or on the lookout for a great new movie or book!
Executive Assistant (to the C.E.O.)
As executive assistant to our CEO, Emily oversees most calendar management, client coordination, and internal communications. She also works closely with the tax team to ensure the timely completion of monthly accounting and assists with project management to keep key initiatives on track.
Emily brings a strong background in organization, strategy, and client relations to The Phillips Group. Before this, Emily graduated from San Diego State University and got her start working for BigLaw, where she managed executive scheduling for multiple offices, cross-collaborated with the firms to execute high-profile brand events, and learned how to perform under pressure and deliver successful results.
