Insurance
We pay 95% of our employees’ medical insurance, which itself is a Gold-level plan. We also pay 50% of their dental insurance, 50% of their vision insurance, 100% of their life insurance and 100% of their accident insurance.

Retirement
Eligible employees can participate in our 401(k) retirement plans. Plus, we will match their contributions, dollar for dollar, up to 4%.

Jump Start Fridays
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, all regular full-time employees can leave up to two hours early on Fridays, with pay. For most employees, this will be at 3:00 pm.

Holidays
Our office is closed, with pay, for all employees on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve Day. We also take a paid day off after tax season concludes. Plus, the entire week between Christmas Day and New Years Day is paid time off.
